TSVIP (Tamizhan Siragugal Volunteer Internship Program) is an initiative by Tamizhan Siragugal Trust in association with the world largest youth organisation Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangatham, an autonomous body of Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. At TSVIP, we want to ensure that the enrolled interns are prepared to enter the workforce. Supporting them an internship opportunity which will allow the interns to work together with the community and enrich their leadership skills and develop humanitarianism. We, at Tamizhan Siragugal Trust have planned to provide our community with the most skilled volunteer cum leaders and transform them as a compassionate human.
The Interns and Tamizhan Siragugal mutually benefit from the internship experience. The student will benefit by gaining hands-on and real world experience. Tamizhan Siragugal benefits from young enthusiastic and well- trained students who prepared to enter the workforce with loving and caring nature.
At TSVIP, a student receives internships once in a year. The Duration of the Training is 6 months per batch, the student will earn a Certificate, Letter of Recommendation and Awards. The best performing Volunteer will be given a award at any of the special events conducted by Tamizhan Siragugal Trust.
The Volunteer and the Tamizhan Siragugal Trust both benefit from the internship experience. The Volunteer will benefit by enrich their Leadership skills and enhance their Interpersonal skills. The Tamizhan Siragugal Trust benefits from well- trained, enthusiastic volunteers equipped to serve the society.
